Our story

Opened in April 2024, Radiate exists to partner alongside social impact organizations such as foundations and small businesses undergoing periods of significant change or looking to shift organizational culture. We saw the burnout crisis within the nonprofit sector, coupled with the struggle of social impact organizations to live out their values internally.

We knew purpose-driven work could do better for its people and make a bigger impact in society.

That’s why we specialize in workplace transformation, leadership development, and strategic planning. We infuse disability inclusion and restorative justice practices throughout all of our engagements. Through these pillars, we guide organizations, along with their leaders and boards, to cultivate restorative workplaces where they can reduce turnover, improve staff wellbeing, and motivate a cohesive pursuit of the organization’s mission to make meaningful change in the community. Our approach is participatory, strengths-based, and undergirded by trauma-responsive and restorative justice practices.

We are committed to strategic and culture change initiatives and believe that restorative workplaces should be accessible to all. As such, we create resources for everyday nonprofits who want to support their staff while excelling at their mission.

We believe organizations thrive when their people do.
